Biographical Information:
As a Las Vegas resident for over 33 years, Mr. LoBello spent years working for
the Las Vegas casinos in management and pursued other corporate interests simultaneously.
He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration. Mr. LoBello attended the University of San Diego, School
of Law, and graduated near the top of his class. He achieved top honors in many
oral appellate competitions, and was honored to serve on the University of San
Diego's Moot Court Regional Appellate Team. Mark then served as Chairman of the
University of San Diego School of Law's Moot Court Board. Mr. LoBello donated
an honorarium to the USD Moot Court Chairperson; "The LoBello Moot Court Chairperson's
Award", which was awarded annually. Mr. LoBello is a member of the prestigious
International Order of Barristers.
Mr. LoBello began practicing law in Las Vegas, with a large defense firm, representing
hotels & casinos. He then began a solo practice, which has developed into
The LoBello Law Firm. Mr. LoBello is licensed to practice in Nevada and California.
He is also licensed before the United States District Court, District of Nevada;
the United States District Court for the Southern District of California; the
United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the United States

cases involving E-Coli 0157:H7, which began in January, 1993, and has represented
brain injury cases winning several large settlements for his clients. The most
recent settlements reached were in a number of traumatic closed head injury and
other catastrophic personal injury cases in which actual amounts are sealed, but
which were settled in the millions of dollars.
